Step 1: Launch the Instagram app on your iPhone or Android device.
Step 2: If you are not on your account page, tap your account icon in the bottom right.
Step 3: Tap the three-line menu at the top right.
Step 4: Tap on Your Gestures in the drop-down menu.
Step 5: Tap on Interactions.
Step 6: Tap on Likes.
On this page you should see a list of the last 300 posts you liked. Tap on any thumbnail to view the actual post, or use the Sort & filter option in the top right to sort your likes by several different criteria.

Step 1: Launch the Instagram app on your iPhone or Android device.

Step 9: Tap Sort & Filter to turn off sorting. Tap Reset and then Apply.
